The calculator gives an indicative price for standard T-shirts. A different model from our catalogue may have a different price.
Urban Coton supplies the garments to ensure consistent quality. We do not print on garments supplied by customers.
Prices exclude VAT. The applicable VAT will be confirmed in your quote.
The process works best for orders of at least 9 to 10 pieces. Smaller orders are possible with a 20% surcharge because setup takes longer.
Production normally takes 4 to 10 days, depending on our workload and your project. We will confirm a precise schedule for each order.
Urgent orders (under 4 working days, excluding delivery): a 20% surcharge applies when a guaranteed urgent deadline is requested.

File preparation and artwork placement are free for printing on white garments. For dark garments, we need a file with a transparent background (PNG or vector). Background removal is available at an additional charge.
Urban Coton cannot be held responsible for errors already present in files supplied by customers.
Material costs can change during the year, so calculator prices are indicative. The estimate is based on black ink from a vector file. Please contact us for multicolour printing or bitmap files. A quote will confirm the final price and any prototype setup costs.
